Open the GitHub Repo

What the GEO Optimizer skill actually is?

A structured rewrite workflow for AI search visibility

The geo-optimizer skill is a structured workflow for rewriting existing blog posts and web content to improve visibility across AI search engines. It accepts a URL or pasted content, identifies the single core question the content should answer, then runs a 5-dimension audit before rewriting.

Each dimension is scored out of 20 points: Answer-First Structure checks that opening sentences directly address the query. Heading Quality evaluates whether H2 and H3s are query-shaped and self-explanatory. Chunkability measures whether sections stand alone without cross-references. Citation Signals checks for specific data, sources, and concrete claims. FAQ and Structured Formats assesses whether the content includes realistic Q&A and comparison tables.

The skill produces two deliverables: an HTML report with before and after scores, per-dimension issues, and annotated changes; and a DOCX article containing clean, publish-ready rewritten content with navy headings, proper hierarchy, and styled tables. Meta suggestions for slug, SEO title, meta description, and H1 accompany both outputs.
