Infrasity is a B2B influencer marketing agency for DevTool and AI infra startups, running vetted creator campaigns across YouTube, LinkedIn, X and Discord with an average 61% engagement rate for practitioner-led content versus 3% for sponsored posts.

Why devtools need creator-led growth

Developers make buying decisions based on who they trust, not who's paying for placement. Most teams don't have the network, the vetting process or the reporting to do this well.

Developers don't trust ads

Sponsored posts get scrolled past. Developers buy on recommendations from people whose judgment they already trust.

You don't have the relationships

The right creators took years to build an audience. Cold DMs get ignored and the wrong fit wastes budget.

Influencer marketing was built for sneakers. Developers need a different machine.

ACT 01 · WHY DEV INFLUENCE IS DIFFERENT

Developers trust practitioners, not promoters.

A sponsored shoutout moves sneakers. The same move with developers destroys credibility. What moves developers: a practitioner they respect actually building with your tool, honestly, flaws included.

ACT 02 · THE COMPOUNDING EFFECT

Creator content keeps paying off long after it publishes.

When a respected creator publishes a tutorial, it doesn't just spike and fade. One campaign, two payoffs: the audience today, the reach for years.

What you actually get

Three deliverables in every engagement, the roster, the campaigns, and the dashboard that ties it all back to sign-ups.

A Vetted Creator Roster

We shortlist and vet creators in your niche across LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Discord, filtered by engagement and ICP overlap, then negotiate rates and share the full budget before anything's approved.

+11

Campaigns in Their Voice

Once you approve the roster, we work directly with each creator to shape ads and content that fit their voice and market your product the right way. Nothing scripted, nothing off-brand.

Campaigns matched to the channel

From YouTube influencer marketing to LinkedIn, X and Discord, the format changes with the channel and the goal. Here's what a typical engagement looks like on each one.

YouTube

Sponsored deep-dive

8-12 min integration or build video

Best when the product needs to be seen working, not just described.

LinkedIn

Founder-voice post

Native carousel or text post from the creator

Best for reaching technical decision-makers where they already scroll.

X

Build-in-public thread

Multi-tweet thread with screenshots or a short clip

Best for fast, high-signal reach inside a tight dev niche.

Discord

Community AMA

Live Q&A or drop-in session inside the creator's server

Best for warm, high-intent conversations right before a launch.

Not a single hire

A single creator or a solo DevRel hire gives you one voice and one channel. Infrasity gives you a vetted network, run and reported on like a real growth channel.

Ready to put your product in front of developers who already trust the messenger?

We'll show you the creator roster for your niche and what a campaign looks like on your channels, before you spend anything.

Before you book the call

Have a question that needs a human to answer? No problem.

It works differently, not the same playbook as sneakers or skincare. There's no impulse-buy moment, developers don't purchase because someone posted about a tool. What it does is compress trust: a practitioner they already follow says "I used this, here's what happened," and that replaces weeks of a developer quietly evaluating options on their own.
If it's done that way, it fails, developers can smell a paid script from the first sentence and it torches the creator's credibility along with your brand. The version that works is the opposite: you give a real practitioner real access and let them say what's actually true, including the rough edges.
A sponsorship rents attention for the length of the placement. Influencer content in this space tends to get referenced later, in a Reddit thread, a Slack message, a "how do I do X" search, months after it published, because it's answering a real question rather than interrupting one.
Less than you'd think. A creator with 15K genuinely engaged developers in your exact niche usually outperforms one with 400K generic followers, because the overlap with your actual buyer is what converts, not the raw number.
Depends what you're asking someone to do after they see it. YouTube works when the product needs to be seen working, a build or integration. LinkedIn works for reaching the person who signs off on the purchase. X works for fast reach inside a tight, technical niche. Discord works for warm conversations right before a launch. Most B2B devtool companies end up running more than one, not picking a favorite.
Slower than a paid ad, faster than SEO. Some sign-ups show up within days of a post going live, but the bigger return tends to show up over months, as the content keeps getting found and shared long after the campaign budget stops.
